I had an issue with a "test" order and Sandy from DSers was absolutely PHENOMENAL. She was very patient after she found out what I did wrong. She explained what I did, how to correct it and how to move forward. I really appreciate her help. Its very encouraging as a new business owner to know this level of support is available to me.
