The app is good but there are alot of moving parts and at times it is difficult to use. But the support is what makes this service so great. I spoke with Sherry today and she is by far the most professional service representative I have ever dealt with. She took me step by step and had screenshots to guide me the whole way. I was breifly called away from my desk but she waited patinetly until I returned. My entire problem was fixed in the matter of minutes. Very impressive service.
Update: 07/07/2025. Daryl was very helpful on this particular session. He took just a few minutes to check my account and came back with a good solution so I could continue my work. Very good experience again, I am pleased to use this platform, best one in the business.
