Easify Custom Product Options

This app is easy to use and has a lot of features and customisation options in the free version and the upgraded pro version. Customer support is also really easy to access with quick replies. Anne has been amazing helping me navigate the app : )

We had a rather specific mobile issue with our personalized products: everything worked perfectly on desktop, but the Add to Cart button stopped responding properly on mobile whenever Easify text options were involved.

I contacted the support team and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hannie was incredibly sweet, patient and helpful, forwarded everything to the developers, and the issue was fixed unbelievably fast. We tested it afterwards on several different phones, everything is working perfectly again.

What I especially appreciated was how friendly and personal the whole conversation felt. I never had the feeling of receiving generic support replies. They really cared about finding the problem and getting our shop running properly again.

The app itself is already extremely useful for all our personalized products, but support like this makes it even better.

Great app and excellent support. We had an issue with TPO keys showing in the cart on our Shopify store, and Anne from the Easify team was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. She followed up, coordinated with the technical team, and the issue was fixed successfully. Everything is now working correctly on our end. Excellent customer service (Shout out to Drake) I was having a little trouble setting up a more complex option and he was an amazing help! Love the versatility of this app. A bit of a learning curve but with the help of customer service, its really not an issue!

This app is loaded with features!, But the best reason to use it is Audrey, a customer support representative with a heart. I felt she really cared about my needs. That's a rare attribute these days as everything is going to chat discussions--many times with a robot.
