I can't believe how easy this app was to add custom fields to a specific product. I have been intimidated by other apps that were less user friendly or didn't actually have a free option and Easify actually does! Every other tools/code I was trying to teach myself took at least twice as long and couldn't do one of the things we needed. I was able to add my fields to a specific product and make them required. When I was missing something simple and used the chat featured to finish my set-up, Chloe responded quickly and so kindly (I was actually just blindly glossing over the obvious answer). I am so thrilled with this app and feel so much more confident in my abilities to add more customization to our shop moving forward!

Awesome service, really fast and solution oriented
I have to say that the support with this app is amazing. I had a problem today trying to offer mutiple pricing options and Lucy was so patient with me and fixed everything and explained what she was doing so that I could also learn at the same time. I would absolutely recommend this app if you are looking to offer personalisation on your products.
Lucy went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was facing. She took the time to fully understand the problem and patiently guided me through the solution step by step until everything was resolved. Her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I set up the app today and had a ton of specific features I wanted to implement. Most of them I could easily set up myself as the app is really easy to set up and get around. For more complicated questions the support was amazing! Ellie helped me so much and now the set up is exactly how I wanted it to be. I tried many apps before and none really solved my problem - this one does! Love it!
