I’m very happy with Easify Product Options. I had a couple of technical issues with my Shopify theme, and their support team was responsive, helpful and fixed everything quickly. Everything is now working perfectly. Highly recommend!
First time using the app and new to shopify. Customer Support was AWESOME!! I was completely in the dark on how to use and what to do for the way I needed the app to work for my Store. They were extremely helpful and patient with me while I explain what I was wanting to achieve. They provided encouragement and Step-By-Step Instructions. Even shared screenshots with me to point me to the right place. Everything is working even better than expected and was easy once they provided the "Secret Handshake" for newbies.
The app was easy to set up and perfect for my needs. Support was quick and helpful for any trouble I ran into!
