I am still in the set up process, but so far I am very happy. I am sure if you are doing something simple like apparel or cards and other printable products, this would be super fast and easy. My set up is a bit more complicated due to the product I have with pretty strict restrictions, but I have tried several different apps and this one is by far both the easiest and the one with the best customer service! Super quick to reply at all hours. I am very happy so far!

Compared to other apps, this is amazing for custom products. It's VERY flexible. For any button and slider you imagine for your product page, there has to be an option within the app.
I had a problem with their latest personalization feature and they helped me really quickly to get back up and running.

The app does exactly what I need it to do but the feature I need to really make it work for me is only part of the Pro version and at this point, I don't have enough web traffic to justify it. I'll watch what the POS activity is for this product and will consider the upgrade later. Anne was very kind and patient in helping me figure out what I was doing wrong and the settings I needed to change to make it work.

Went through a bunch of apps for product options and most were either too complicated, didn't work correctly, and support was non existent. Clove and her team at Easify has been great, I was able to set up most of what I needed by myself, and just needed a little help from them to get it perfect. They were quick and very helpful.

Really quick and easy app to install and customise. My needs were pretty simple, so I used one of their supplied templates. I had a bit of trouble making it appear on my listing, but their live chat person (Tracy) was able to help immediately, and now it's working and looks so good! 100% would recommend.

Easify has everything you need to add options to your products. Getting the options included in all of the notifications was a bit tricky, but their support team is top rate and took care of our needs quickly. The best app when it comes to product upsells. We've generated great revenue through Easify. It has all the features we needed, plus plenty we hadn’t even thought of. You can customise as much or as little as you like. Really love it, and we’re using (and will keep using) this app for all our shops!

I'm switching over from Dynamic Product Options. I was looking for something more flexible and robust. This fits the bill.
Their support is also first rate. I spent the morning configuring a new theme for the launch of the options and ran into an issue... I didn't know at the time but the issue was in the theme. Their support connected in about 5 minutes and had it fixed in another 5... very quick, very professional
