Easify Product Options has been a game changing app for our business. It allows us to offer highly personalised products, and it also integrates seamlessly with the Shopify Theme, so it doesn't look like a bolt-on, which the previous Option app that we used did.
I have used the online support a couple of times and received an instant response that fully answered my queries. Couldn't fault the app or the support.

I found this plugin really easy to install and set up—it integrated smoothly with my store and didn’t take much time to figure out. It gives you a good range of options for customizing products, like text fields, add-ons, and live previews, which is exactly what I needed.
At one point I had an issue with how it was displaying on my theme, but support got back to me quickly and fixed it within a day. That kind of responsiveness makes a big difference.
For the features it offers, the price is very fair. Overall, it's solid value and does what it promises without overcomplicating things.

UPDATE: I had to come back and add to my original review. I recently had a specific issue with how my products and their options appeared in the cart, and the support I received was absolutely top-notch. Clove, from the support team, helped me fix it and went way beyond what I expected to get it looking perfect. This is exactly the kind of service that confirms why this is a 5-star app!

So easy to use – and support is amazing!
I’ve been using Easy Product Options on a few of my stores, and honestly, it just makes everything so much simpler. It handles all the customisation options I need without messing up the product pages. But what I love most is the support team – they’re super quick to respond and actually helpful (which isn’t always the case with apps!). Every time I’ve had a question, they’ve sorted it out straight away. Big thumbs up from me!

I have tried several apps for personalization in my shopify store. They were all very complicated and I could never figure out how to use them. Then I found easify. It is so EASY to use and straight forward. The support system in great. Anne was very helpful and they answer any support issues you need within just a few hours.

Easify is a great app for customizing products on my store. It's easy to use and helps me set up options quickly. The support team is very responsive and solved my issue fast. I hope future updates include features like adjusting width for different devices and cropping images within the app. The design could be improved, but since it's a free version, it's understandable. Overall, it's a helpful tool with excellent support.

Great app with lots of handy features. Due to Shopify's inventory constraints I needed an outside way to track the inventory of two separate items that go together but that the customer must choose colors for separately and that the inventory must be tracked separately. This app more than covers that need, as well as other features like changing the product photo to match the variant selected. Customer service is very responsive and helpful and they work to quickly solve any issues even if it has to be passed up the tech chain. Shoutout to Lich and Anne in CS for all their help!

Update: 2 months on, I had a slight problem in my backend where Shopify and Easify had a little strange cross over and coding was required for the fix. The team responded on a weekend, got onto it straight away, got into the theme code and did their magic - thank you Mari, Liv, Anne, Charles and anyone I may have missed.
5 stars for service. Got it downloaded and had the first option set, set up in about 2hrs. Incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Just had one minor glitch and Daisy and Clove from the support team jumped on support straight away. It was a matter of going with what the app wants to do and not upset it, by reordering the variants. The app looks good (and cute), with the ability to customise fonts, colours, buttons etc to blend in with your website. There is one downfall where inventory doesn't live sync while shopping, apparently you have to download another app to fix that.

Exceptional Flexibility and Outstanding Support
We installed this program for evaluation purposes, and it has proven to be incredibly flexible — exactly what we needed for our complex technical product. One of the standout features is the ability to dynamically show compatible accessories based on the specific options selected by the customer. This is a game-changer for us. Instead of explaining which accessories work with which configurations, the customer now simply selects their product options and instantly sees only the relevant accessories. It saves us time and prevents confusion — brilliant!
As for the support — I’m genuinely impressed. Initially, I wasn’t completely happy with how the cart behaved after selecting options and hitting the "Add to Cart" button. The team immediately understood the logic behind my concern, responded quickly, and proposed a perfect solution. They implemented it right away, and now everything works exactly as it should.
If I could give more than 5 stars for the support team, I absolutely would. Outstanding job!
