I am relatively new to Shopify and needed help setting up an inventory option for an add-on. When I couldn't get that figured out, Lich and Clove from Customer Service walked me through the rest of the steps with videos and quick chat responses. Worth it if you need more variants and options than what Shopify normally allows!

Tried this app hoping it would simplify product options, but it fails to update add-ons or custom options when variants change — a basic requirement. Spent a lot of time troubleshooting with no resolution. Support was slow and not helpful. Other glowing reviews seem suspicious, considering how unreliable the app is. Wouldn’t recommend.

We've migrated our product options from a different, popular app and so far have enjoyed the experience. The app has a very clean and easy-to-use interface. I was able migrate all of our product options over without having to read any guides or documentation.
Whenever a question or issue has come up, their live chat support has quickly addressed the issue. Liv has helped me on multiple occasions and their development team has looked into a few issues as well.

I had a lot of details and options to add to my customizations and although I didn't find that super easy to navigate on my own, the customer service has been impeccable! I have worked with several reps who have been very helpful, and today Clove knocked it out of the park with her quick & precise solutions, completely understanding my needs and executing them with perfection. Great experience so far! They have a large array of templates to choose from and the integration into my stores layout has been very smooth. Had a few questions and they were prompt to answer it via their chat function. I ended up having a slightly more complicated issue and the dev team was quick to respond within the 24-48 hour time frame, which ended up being about 1.5 days which is for IT problems, quite stellar.
Switched to this app from InfiniteOptions and I'm much happier with this one and they're more affordable with a better UI.

Easify Custom Product Options has been vital to our revamped website. On our previous site, but had to resort to some annoying ways to get our pricing close to what we charge in-store. Now that we've moved to Shopify, this app has allowed to charge exactly as we would in-store, making for much better consistency in pricing. Anne, Jen, and Liv have also been very helpful when I've had questions. Great app and great support.

This is a wonderful app! The amount of customization allowed makes it easy for anyone to create product options, and is easy to use by customers.
Also, the customer support team is always on it and helpful. I had some questions and Hannie was able to help me find all of the answers within minutes!
I would definitely recommend this app to any shopify store who needs some easy customization of products, whether it's upselling extra products or creating bundles for multiple products.
I will say you have to be patient with it sometimes if you're creating a complex Option Set, but that doesn't take away from the greatness of this app!
