Tracy was great. I surfaced an issue on Friday. They mentioned it's something the Easify team needs to fix. Came back on Monday and saw that they already fixed the issue less than 10 hours after I submitted the issue. Very grateful!
I initially tried the "Customix" app. I CRIED. There was no help during the day bc of the time difference, I lost HUNDREDS in sales bc the customization would not work!!!
