Merchants say this app is powerful for made‑to‑order and highly customized products, handling complex options, conditional logic, per‑option pricing, and live visual previews that Shopify can’t natively support. Many find it easy to set up with helpful templates and exports, and report smoother workflows, fewer customer messages, and clearer pricing. Support is frequently described as exceptional, with fast, hands‑on help for theme issues, styling, and custom solutions.

Fantastic options for adding things as a purchase 'add-on'. I'm a printmaker and I use it for framing. The customer support is also amazing!
