Amazing support - I was unsure how to set things up correctly on the app for my shopify store. Within seconds Ria responded via chat (an actual person not AI!!) and helped with setting things up correctly!

This app is brilliant 10/10. I have tried several plugins (on Wordpress) to insert a pop up onto my site, but all of them were awful to use, so overly complicated. The was easy and customisable. Wish I'd known about this sooner, would have saved me so much time Thank you. Had additional help resized text which I would never have figured on my own, Amelia gave helped me, she was friendly, polite and professional and I managed to do the change quickly and effectively.
