I had an extremely frustrating and damaging experience with the Ordely Email app for Shopify.

After installing and using the app, it unexpectedly deleted all the categories from my store. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience, it completely disrupted my site structure, affected navigation, and created a terrible experience for my customers. Rebuilding everything took hours of work and unnecessary stress.

I strongly advise anyone considering this app to think twice. No tool should have the ability to cause this level of damage without proper protections in place.
