Shopifyの商品情報を更新しても、Facebook & Instagram側に古い商品説明が残ったまま同期されることがあり、その古い情報をもとにポリシー違反判定されました。

今回は一般的なスポーツソックスが「Medical equipment（医療関連用品）」として却下され、再審査も通りませんでした。確認すると、現在ストア上では表示していない過去の商品説明がFacebook & Instagram側に残っていました。

販売者から見ると、
・現在どの商品情報がMetaへ送信されているのか
・いつ同期された情報なのか
・古いデータが残っている場合、どこから更新・再同期できるのか
が非常に分かりにくいです。

ポリシー違反の理由だけではなく、「Metaが実際に審査に使用した商品データ」を確認できるようにしてほしいです。

また、Shopifyの商品情報を更新した際には、Meta側の商品説明も確実に再同期できる機能や「今すぐ同期」のボタンがあると助かります。

広告配信に直結する部分なので、同期状況をもっと分かりやすくしてほしいです。

Produtos não públicados no canal de vendas do Facebook estão sendo mostrado nos anúncios. Não temos mais controle do que queremos vender. Os cupom são aplicado automaticamente. Tomei um prejuízo de 19K porque o Meta simplesmente aplicou o cupom comissionado de uma Creator que nem criando conteúdo estava.

Very confusing to run ads, changes constantly, several ghost charges, ads can start themselves after stop date.

Easy to set up and makes managing Facebook and Instagram through Shopify much more convenient. Product syncing and account integration are straightforward, and having everything connected in one place saves a lot of time. Overall, a useful app for running and promoting an online store.

Super complicated to integrate. I've tried multiple times to install the app and it is not working. I have a verified Facebook and Instagram account, set up the Meta Business Suite and it's not working. I've updated the review because it is now working, but not without figuring out all the bits and pieces for it to integrate.

complicada poco intuitiva, francamente muy mala, no propone soluciones solo te enlaza a textos enormes y genericos de Meta. constantemente se rompe la integracion, es una pesadilla.

Meta has degraded over all for user experience. Ghost restrictions that are not associated with our account that support has no idea where they are from, and agrees they shouldn't be on our account... But fails to remove... Passing me to support agent to support agent who ask for the same screenshots over again. Chats that don't reload when there is an update with support.... And huge glitches in our instagram views in business suite... Plus our shop isn't visible. Customers end up losing their coupon codes and can only shop via ads where they mostly give up from frusteration.
