ByteStand: Amazon MCF

I must say that this is an amazing app. We have been struggling to find a solution to ship our Shopify orders from our amazon FBA inventory and this app does the job very well. Although there is still some scope of improvement, yet this is an great app. Their customer support is great too. I had a ton of questions and their customer support rep Cara has been very helpful. Thanks a lot for this wonderful app guys!

I used 2 apps before trying ByteStand. Bytestand works great, but I have to say they're BEST asset is their customer service. Setting up a connection with MCF is not trivial and there are a ton of settings to change, and their customer service literally walks you through everything, sending you screenshots and even doing the adjustments for you if you want. Stellar service and app, will definitely continue using!

ByteStand is the easiest way to connect Shopify orders to Amazon fulfillment, period. Amazon offers their own fulfillment option but it is limited and Amazon support is not great. ByteStand on the other hand has amazing support and a super easy to follow interface. If you have been looking for an option to fulfill shopify orders with Amazon FBA, look no further.

We have sold on Amazon since 2018 and the apps work perfectly for our business. Amazon import and FBA shipping. Trick is to watch the video guides. Once you have everything setup you can then ask the support team to check everything over. Byte stand were able to login to our store remotely and provide screen shot step by steps. Support provided by Cara was absolutely top notch. This is why we are giving a 5 star review.

We've been using Bytestand for over a year now and they've really helped us integrate our store with our Amazon marketplaces.

I've had to contact Todd a couple of times for some config and support issues and he's been incredibly responsive and helpful. He took the time to walk me through a screen share which was more than I was expecting and really appreciated.

Another great Customer Support experience with Cara - Bytestand Customer Support is the best Ive ever encountered. The response time is stellar and they will support to nth degree to make sure you get the help you need. They will even use video call to share screen and identify and explain issues and walk you through solution and make sure it works. Super friendly and patient. Extremely clear. Cara is awesome!

the app guides you well through the installation process and is not a hassle in any way. it will save us a ton of time in the future! when we faced some issues due to our wrong settings set up, Cara was extremely helpful to resolve the issue and has even pointed out some other things she noticed in the settings that could be problematic. she even made a vid for our shop to guide us through the settings. Thank you Cara :) Recommend this app 10/10

The app is fairly easy to install and configure. Once setup it works without much management at all. Our store uses subscriptions where orders are generated automatically by a third-party app and I had some trouble figuring out how to configure this. I chatted support and got in touch with Cara right away. She immediately knew exactly which settings to change to solve my issue (less than 5 minutes and we were syncing subscription orders)! Thanks Cara!

Live human interaction (what a concept) with an intro demo walking you through the entire setup process. Cara - was incredible and available post demo! Their step-by-step video makes for an easy install. Since Amazon dropped the MCF App ByteStand's picking up a ton of new business. I noticed that you have to be sure to include two new fields in the Bulk Editor step: "Track Quantity" (do this first) and then "Fullmennt Service" fields - in that order. Cara will point this out during the demo! Great customer service!!

The app is a great integration tool for fulfilling through FBA. I had some issues at first figuring out how to set it up (I did't watch the instruction video lol). After watching the video and reaching out for a little help from Todd in customer service... I got it all set up perfectly. My life is so much easier because of this app and it has streamlined our fulfillment processes even to the point where I am simply fulfilling orders from my phone while I'm a the beach. Not bad!
