PH Ship Rate & Track for FedEx

I highly recommend this app. It saves a lot of time for label creation if you have a FedEx account. You can customize the settings to your needs. There's also an option to auto-generate labels or to create the label manually. It also auto fulfill the order regardless of the option you choose for creating the label. Setting up the app is pretty easy, plus their support team is very helpful.

I would like to say this is one of the best customer service I've had for any plugin I've downloaded in my digital career. Every time we have a question or something not working as we would like, there's someone at PlugIn Hive to help us. They are always an email or zoom call away. Great app with amazing customer support. Their entire support team is on top of everything and very fast to respond! This app allows our customers to get live fed ex shipping rates which we needed! We can also print shipping labels and so much more. I spoke to a few different people and everyone has been super nice and helped with getting us all setup! While it doesn't have the same functionality of Shopify's native shipping options, this is easily the best option for shipping with FedEx through Shopify. Once set up, the app is easy to use and operates as promised. Perhaps most importantly, the support team is fantastic and helpful. If you're hoping to streamline your shipping process and use FedEx and Shopify, this is what you're looking for.

Very useful app and a great support team. It would be nice to have a .csv import solution for selecting which orders do you want fulfilled instead of ticking every single one you want. An option for not automatically fulfilling the orders with their tracking code would also be interesting for us. Printing labels without automatically fulfilling orders so you have 2 different options you can work with.

FINALLY an app that allows me to simply print FedEx One Rate labels within Shopify. I don't know why the world's biggest shipping carrier doesn't have One Rate enabled in their direct Shopify integration, but thankfully PluginHive has filled this void! Not only is the app very straightforward and easy to use, but the support team is absolutely stellar. They are truly extremely responsible and helpful.

We were excited to negotiate really great rates with FedEx with their One Rate program, but were disappointed when the Shopify Built-in FedEx integration showed shipping rates to our customers that were not competitive. Using this app allowed us to fine-tune the settings to allow us to show FedEx 2-Day One Rate prices so our customers would more likely consider that as their preferred method for delivery.

All of the customer support team are very supportive through the integration with FedEx. They do fast respond to give feedback on my issues and are always straight to the point with the solutions. Very polite. Especially Manohar V and Addina. I found the wrong setting with the packaging and calculation rates which I don't understand. But they quickly resolved the issue. They helped me very well. Thank you

We have just moved over to FedEx from DHL and this app is so brilliant. It connects my store directly to my online FedEx profile which was not the case with the DHL app. We had some struggles getting the app installed and the PluginHive was amazing and within the same day we had everything up and running smoothly. I am really happy with how everything is working and the amazing support. I will certainly recommend this team!

We were using the app for some time and it was great until we started using several fulfillment locations. However, all pick-ups are done from the same place since it is an international shipment. Then we realized the app is messing up our inventory and the support team has no solution to that issue. Very disappointed that nobody from support even tried to offer some solution or workaround. We are currently looking for an alternative app.
