They immediately responded to our help request and made sure our webpage was back up quickly. We are very happy with the app and the team's fast response when a problem happened. This app works really well. We've been using it for years with no issues and one day there was a problem with my email rejecting the form notifications. I contacted support and they responded immediately and fixed the issue. Highly recommended!

Form interface is user friendly and does what we expect it to do. One of the best things about this app is that it automatically syncs form customer to be registered as Shopify Customer with all inputs included (if mapped properties match). It saves a lot of time and as a merchant, we can start a email marketing campaign with these form customers right away even they did not sign up on the website. Customer service Emma and Tracy were very helpful to solve any custom code issues I had. Overall very happy with this app.

We have been using the app on two different stores for over 3 years now. It's really simple and effective and does exactly what we need it to. Anytime we have run into an issue the Support Team (special mention for Emma!) have been brilliant and resolved it really quickly. Really recommend.

Fantastic Service, they assisted in installing the form onto my page. I am on the free version but so far its loading extremely fast and everything I need is on there. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to add a simple contact collection form for a freebie download. It was easy to create and add to a page in Shopify. It also automatically integrates contacts into my customers list for email marketing. I did need to email tech support to customize my fonts but they were so helpful and did the work really quickly (and for free). I have the free version so it does display "powered by GloboForm" but I don't mind since this is for a one-time Zoom event and not my main newsletter form.
