Great app and very good customer support. The shipping rates have been unbeatable. Jay from Freightcom has been very pleasant to work with. They're also working very hard to make the app more user friendly with more new features. Look forward to growing with them together.

Love it! Easy integration with my shop and has allowed me to ship to my customers waaaay faster and cheaper than with my previous shipper. Would love some extra finessing of the email design but overall really useful for small businesses especially during pandemic times when many shippers are super backed up and slow. Would recommend!
Setting up my Clickship account was so easy for my small busniess. I worked closely with Daniel Panza over at customer support to set everything up. He was able to answer all my questions when it comes to my stores specific needs. I'm happy to offer great rates and shipping time for my customers through Freightcom and Clickship. Highly recommend!
This is by far the most amazing shipping app out there!! We used their website for a little while before converting to using the app and could not be happier. You will not be able to find better rates ANYWHERE.

This app was the greatest thing for my business! It made my shipping process so much easier especially with the fact that they do picks up at home or wherever you are shipping from. This app is so indispensable for Canadian sellers. They offer very very good prices on shipments with all major companies, like UPS, Canpar, DHL, FEDEx, Purolator,etc.. Also you it can shows the shipping rates at checkout, that's so important. And we can import orders from many platforms, like Etsy, Amazon, eBay,et. They offer to connect your our Canada post account on the pay plan. Shipments are now easier and faster.

Freightcom in general is the best shipping solution for small business. Great options and incredible rates. The app makes the whole process of fulfillment simple, quick and error free. Export documents are also the easiest to create in the app or stand alone software. The only feature that is missing in the app is the ability to enter multiple boxes for one order but this can be done in the web interface easily enough.
This is a good app. Great support from the staffs, especially from Suzanne. Her support and service level are outstanding! She goes above and beyond to fulfill our needs.
Unlike other apps that only need one type of weight for calculation, this app requires you to setup both the physical weight and dimension for their Smart Box calculation. This feature does not work well with the products that were selling. Also, the app layout can be better, if they are simpler and cleaner.

Clickship has been lifechanging for me. I live in a rural area and always had to drive to the post office to drop my packages off, but now I can get pickups with companies like Dicom and Purolator. It's been so easy, also. The shipping prices are a few dollars less than regular mail AND the packages arrive in like 1-2 days. I've actually had several customers write to me saying they are super impressed at how fast their order arrived. The customer service is excellent, always a really fast response from my agent Suzanne. Thank you !!!!

For Canadian businesses installing this app is a NO BRAINER. Literally helped me save hundreds on shipping overnight. The app is very user friendly and full of useful features. I love the support I've received so far from Daniel and my Freightcom rep, Riaz. The fact that Shopify forces Canadian sellers to purchase Canada Post shipping labels using USD is perhaps the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard especially considering Shopify is a Canadian company.
