We just got it, but so far it has been really easy to use and set up. I also ran into an issue and was able to get it resolved quickly with their support team. Also - SUPER NICE! Pauline helped me out and it was a really great experience! Excited to keep working with their team and this product!

Gift Wizard is one of the most useful apps for our store. We have started using it only a few months ago and have already sent 90 gifts in total. We had an enquiry and they responded within a few minutes and dealt with it straight away. Customer service = outstanding. www.premierestateswine.co.uk

Ari Yahalom and the team did an amazing job helping us to integrate the gift cards in our store. We are not a typical usecase and they were able to assist us with every step of installing and setting up the app. A perfect app if you need to have giftcards for ReCharge as they integrate seemlessly.
Nadav and his tam were absolutely wonderful as we transitioned from physical to digital gift cards. From the beginning process through post launch support the team was informative and quick to respond to any questions from our team or customers. Couldn't have had a better experience with this team!

After reviewing many products, Rise was our preferred choice and they have exceeded our expectations both as a product and their support and deployment teams. Rise.ai helped us in overcoming the giftcard issue related to VAT in Europe. Nadav offers great support and is quick in responding for anything you need. We are using this app for brick and mortar and online - rewards, gift cards and store credit. The online functionality on Shopify with gift cards is much improved now that we are using Rise. After one support call - (Ari assisted me) I am very impressed! Thank you for the help and for the great app.
