Rise Gift Cards & Store Credit

Just started using this app and our customers love the new ability to send a gift card with a message, rather than just buy one directly. We will be promoting this feature prior to events such as Mothers Day or Valentines Day. Looking forward to using some of the other features such as sending gift cards in bulk to some of our best customers, or staff, or allowing customers to directly gift products. Great app, great service. Does everything you're looking for and then some. Everything works right, no issues at all, and the support team is very responseive and proactive. Really happy with how easy this has been to install and for customers to use. Definitely helped increase sales since people wanted the option of gifting my digital product without having to buy and forward it.

this app is wonderful. I was having a bunch of issues and even accidentally signed up for the wrong plan. Customer service was fabulous to work with and very quick and understanding to what I needed. They walked me through things over the phone and resolved all my issues. this app definitely earned their good rating for excellent customer service.

In a period of 24 hours they worked on fine tuning our site to work exactly the way we wanted it to. Their response time is within minutes of reaching out to them. We had some "special" circumstances with integrating our gift wrapping products with their Gift Wizard app and they came to the rescue, writing additional code to accommodate a user friendly interface for our customers.

This is a great product out of the box but the real testament is the personal attention we received from their support staff.

Great app and service when needed. Easy to use and to get started with.

If I could rate 0, I would. In my personal experience, Rise.ai is shady and a company out to gouge the little guy. When a customer, like myself, sees "$0.20 an order" on their pricing page, I find it “convenient" how they don’t provide any other explanation about what that actually means, LOL! Until you get the $1,000 bill. As an extremely savvy Shopify website owner and Shopify app customer, when I read "$0.20 an order" that obviously means to me $0.20 an order made by an actual Rise.ai gift card, or, obviously when a Rise.ai gift card is purchased. Because let’s be honest, it would be INSANE for that to actually mean $0.20 of every order made in my shop haha. But it does. It means, regardless of their involvement, they will take $0.20 an order.

On what planet, in what galaxy, does Rise think they are entitled to $0.20 a damn order? Your app provides the LEAST amount of value of the 15+ apps I am currently using and your app is 5x -100x more expensive than my other apps even with a plan reduction.

AVOID Rise.Ai. Run.

The GiftWizard team has been incredibly supportive & helpful all along the way, informing us of updates & new features when needed as well as replying promptly to any requests we may have had in the meantime. Ari has been infinitely responsive & attentive from the very beginning. The gifting system makes things easy for customers to place orders for friends & family, we definitely recommend it if you're looking for a great gifting feature or a pay-it-forward type of option. :)
