The application is very good, the assistance and in particular Keren is fast and comprehensive. Unfortunately some features like birthday are not yet available, this is why the 4 stars (for the cost of the application)
The Rise,ai app was critical in enabling us to deliver a gift card solution without having to upgrade to Shopify plus. The bulk gift card import enables us to generate thousands of codes and works seamlessly with Shopify.

We use this app for our Gift Card and it is unlike any other! The user experience is awesome and the Rise.ai team is always available for any assistance and respond quickly. Looking forward to setting up the Referral program.
Quick, effective and easy to use! Very friendly, timely and helpful support! We used Rise to integrate gift cards from Squarespace and Square and it worked seamlessly to transfer all of them, in one upload, to Shopify! Amazing!

Mark was great! So helpful. I asked for a phone call and he walked me through the steps I needed to do migration and move forward transferring gift cards from my old POS to Shopify! He was extremely proactive in answering questions via email as well!

Their app is very robust and their customer service is top notch - they're happy to have calls to scope out your requirements and help you do what you need to do.
