Customer service is fast and very helpful. Easily integrated with my Shopify store. Will start cross app integrations within the coming months and I'm confident it will plug in easy, or at least I can get the support quickly to get everything connected.

After researching an app to help generate bulk gift cards this app works fabulous. We load 2500 codes at a time and have not had any issues with the application. We have made some mistakes and support has been great to work with. Very prompt and friendly. We highly recommend this app!!

The Rise.ai app works really well for our customers. We've receive positive feedback for our Rewards program and it definitely give us an edge. Also, the service is excellent. Very responsive with any issues that crop up. We like especially that it increases our customer loyalty, which, in a niche market like ours, is everything.

I needed a solution to bulk import 240 gift cards I already had numbers for. The platform was easy to navigate and customer service very responsive! Even when the csv file didn't send right he reformatted it for me on his end and made sure they were all uploaded correctly! Only solution I could find on the marketplace -- excited to experiment with more of the app features!

This app has made a huge difference for us! We were able to import all (many thousands) of our existing in-store gift cards into Shopify with zero trouble. Really impressive. Support has also been excellent. Customers have appreciated the vast improvement to both the purchasing and using of gift cards and store credit on our site. It's not a cheap app, sure, but it's worth every penny.

I have not launch my store yet, but so far I am loving this app! It lets me customize the E-greeting card the way I want to, but most importantly; a great customer service / help! Save your time by choosing Rise.ai. Rise is by far the best store credit service for Shopify (Infinitely better than the competitors). It is intuitive and easy to use, works well with a ton of value. Usually, new apps are overwhelming with new features. Thanks to their onboarding and support team I was able to set up almost everything really fast - in that case loyalty program, rewards, gift cards and store credit refunds.
