I haven't had a lot of time to use the app yet, but due to my Shopify theme I needed some touch-ups to make Giftship function properly. The customer service for this company is fantastic! Quick response time, even over the weekend. I look forward to the added functionality the app offers!

Excellent app that has really helped us with Gift Message options and printing multiple gift cards easily. Have only used this function so far but will be looking at some of the other options in the future. Tim has also been particularly helpful when we had some queries. Highly reccommended :-)
Great app that solves some big issues with Shopify store: Multi-Address shipping and gift options. Support replies quickly. Easy integration into theme/they do it for you. Might need to update your theme CSS but they're super helpful and point you in the right direction. Definitely give it a shot.
Before we had 2 apps to run our giftbox option... With this app, we have all options! Thanks to Tim, support guy, that helped us a lot to put everything on place and to guide me through the app. Appreciate it. The Giftship app has really worked for my site. The multiple shipping option is making it much easier for our customers to order. More importantly, I had an issue with the Datepicker section of the app and the support team was awesome in resolving the issue quickly and communication throughout the process.
