Giftship: Gift Options & More

I am super impressed with the customer support from the Giftship team!! I needed some help getting the app set up with my theme, and Tim Rokeby-Thomas jumped right in and took care of it and help with any other questions i had! He went above and beyond what was needed and so in such a timely fashion! THANK YOU!!!

What a great app. This is the first of its kind in the App Store. We finally found the solution we were looking for. The customer service is great, and it was installed and customized for free!

These folks are totally amazing. Seriously, the app works great but they spent almost a week perfecting for our store. You have no idea how outstanding the customer service is. We had issues with conflicting apps being used in our order process via Shopify. Tim and Zac were fantastic at helping us resolve work together issues without having to sacrifice the quality of the checkout experience. So refreshing to have a support team with a "can do" attitude and NOT a "not our problem hire a developer" reflex.

We had new theme from shopify that was a bit glitchy but immediately got help from the founder who took so much time to walk me through and address everything. Customer service top notch! This app allows you to have gift messages and send to multiple addresses from one cart which is great during holiday season! This app is a home run.

This app was a gamechanger for our business. We initially got it for the Multiship capabilities, but now we also use the Datepicker, Upsells and Gift Message Boxes. This app has solved many small nuisance problems for us, and a few big ones too. It's worth every penny and then some. Plus, customer service is EXCELLENT and very responsive.

Firstly, amazing customer service! Unlike other developers, they have a chatbox built-in to their app so you can chat directly with them. They walked us through the entire setup process, answered all of our questions and generally made it a pleasant experience. As a flower seller, the features fit our needs perfectly. Definitely reccomend it!
