Giftship: Gift Options & More

I use this app for the Delivery date picker and for Product Options (product add-ons / upsells) on product pages. I was after a customised solution that required some CSS and javascript changes. Having run into problems because I suck at coding, I received help from their support team. One of their support guys named Tim was very helpful with implementing a solution quickly. Thank you, and this app really is a great all-in-one gift app!

I used to have their app Multiship and it was so good. I switched to Giftship for some additional options it offers beyond shipping to multiple addresses. This app is amazing, so many things in one. Not only is the app great but the support is top notch. They only communicate via email but they get back to you very quickly and theyre friendly and knowledgable. I cant say enough good things about them or their apps, they thought of everything.

This is our second Holiday season with Shopify. Last season we needed a multiship feature. Heading into this Holiday season and hearing about this app, we couldn't get it installed fast enough. Giftship is a MUST HAVE for any Shopify store. Furthermore, we could not have had it ready in time if it wasn't for the tremendous customer support from the PIX team. Tom and Zac have worked tirelessly to customise the app to meet our business needs - even organising a zoom meeting at a moments notice to talk through functionality. Fantastic date picker and gift message options that means we’ve completely moved away from our legacy ‘cart notes’ model which presented its fair share of customer friction. I had a big issue with how Paypal info was being incorrectly rewritten back to our customers order. Shopify said it was not on them and PayPal said the same. By using GiftShip all the information now is transferred correctly. Plus, our gift is typically being sent to a different address and it's nice for the customer to be able to fill out the enclosure note. Lastly, the GiftShip team responds quickly and helps me accomplish what needed to be done.

We used this app to streamline gifting options and integrate gift messages and multiple delivery addresses into our checkout process. It had great functionality out of the box, and the support team has been highly responsive in troubleshooting some issues in the shopping cart after we launched a new site theme, and is assisting us with a few custom tweaks to the code to ensure the app continues to meet our needs. We use the GiftShip app on our Cart, as well as their "big brother" Wholster app. Both are fantastic for split-shipping an order, and are well designed for user experience. GiftShip works well for "self-serve" customers to fulfill an order to ship to multiple addresses; Wholster is great for larger split-ship orders, or B2B customers who need invoicing options.
The Support team is helpful, responsive, and quick to find solutions when there are small bugs or hiccups.

This app is wonderful! We operate a B2B gifting company and this application provided the perfect solution to some of the pain points our clients were regularly communicating to us. One of the pain points that this app solved was the multi-address ordering process. Our clients can now place multiple address orders all on one invoice which saves them time at the end of each month on expense reporting. The date picker is also a wonderful feature. Tim was excellent to work with, and quick to respond to every inquiry I had during the process of testing the platform and determining how it would integrate with our current shopping site. He was happy to make customized edits to suit our needs, which made me feel confident that our customers will know the best way to use the multiple shipments option for quick and easy ordering.
