Giftship: Gift Options & More

This app was the perfect solution for me because many of my customers order our cookies as gifts for their new mom friends, daughters, etc. I wanted to make it easy for my customers to not only indicate that they were shipping the cookies as a gift, but also enter multiple addresses. This app offers both! Plus, when I had questions or needed customization made, their customer service team was on top of it right away. Thank you Tim for the great customer service. I'm excited about offering this feature to my customers!

This app has been a wonderful addition to our website! GIft wrap, delivery date picker, and product upsells have already increased sales for us and we've only had this installed for a couple of weeks. We can already see the difference because of these great features. Also, HUGE shout out to their support team. We asked so many questions about customizations and they always responded with answers within a couple of hours. A few times they just made changes we wanted! Absolutely amazing to work we and we can't speak highly enough of them!

Look no further for a gift app. Ive been looking for one to do exactly what this one does and its all in one nice package. What i like the most is now you can have people chose items in the cart to gift not just a single item like most. It also figures out the shipping according to the items selected and if you have a rule like free shipping over 50 it works the same. Also thought i had a problem with the app and turns out it was user error but their staff was a huge help getting "ME" fixed. lol. Davessweettooth.com and their customers say THANKS a million!!

We have used Giftship on our gift hamper website for a couple of years now and have been very impressed with it's features, particularly the multi-address cart and the ability to black-out certain delivery dates, eg. weekends and public holidays.
We recently had to log a service request due to a couple of small issues after a recent upgrade. Giftship responded very quickly and Cam was able to quickly identify the issue and get things working perfectly again for us in no time. We've always had exceptional service from the team at Giftship and highly recommend this App.

I was using Multiship to help streamline the checkout for customers shipping my chocolates to different locations with one checkout. It worked well but I was looking for a better way for gift messages to be added to each destination. I switched to Gift ship but needed the messages placed in a certain location to properly print to my specs on my packing slips. Kevin with Giftship logged in and applied fixes to all my requests until it was all perfect. He even fixed some inconsistencies in my cart HTML to clean it up. It now is just how I needed it and was much appreciated.

I've been waiting for this app for two years, and I'm so happy to finally have it on my site. I used to be on woocommerce. When I switched to Shopify this was the first thing I purchased. 1. The app is super easy to install.

4. The app is awesome. Do you know how annoying it is to buy gifts for friends online? You have to make multiple purchases. This app solves that, and your website looks amazing. Highly recommend this!

We just installed this app, and were very impressed that the developer did all the heavy lifting...by correctly and immediately updating our theme. We are a brick and mortar with over 20 years experience, so we've gone through the ups and downs of e-commerce and apps. We've had terrible experiences, and then impressive experiences, such as with Pix and GiftShip. They are responsive, savvy and have created a great product that they support. They also made a few suggestions on how to optimize the app for our particular theme and shop. Thanks and we look forward to more apps from Pix.

I find Giftship very quick to respond. The app is worth getting. We use it for the calendar (choose what date for your gift to arrive), gift card message and select multiple addresses for delivery. The latter can be a bit clunky which is why I'm giving four stars. When it works it's great, but like most apps you add to Shopify, the experience can depend on browsers and users computers etc. Though, I must say the multiple address option seems to be improving and we get less complaints about customers not being able to use it so I would say overall that the app is definitely worth having.

GREAT SERVICE and support. I was unsure if the app could do what i wanted. I needed to collect delivery info, a gift card message and a delivery date and time. Support emails were replied to quickly and after comprehensive emails on "HOW TO SET UP GIFTSHIP" my lack of knowledge still prevented it from working. A quick Zoom meeting resolved everything quickly and easily. They couldn't have been more obliging to help me. I'm happy to be dealing with a professional company. Switched from Multiship to Giftship to have an easier time collecting gift notes and proper multiple shipping at the same time. So GiftShip was exactly what we needed. During the transition between the two we had of issues with previous coding and I have to say that their support is TOP NOTCH! Had issues with our own code and Gist during the free trial period and Tim came in to help and through emails over the course of a few days was able to pinpoint the issues I was having and fix it right before the holiday kicked into gear. So grateful! I do wish some of the processes to customize were a bit easier to understand, but that very well could just be my current experience level with Shopify.
