I'm very pleased with the performance of Globo's MegaMenu app. The app meets 90% of my expectations, and it's still on the free plan. I especially want to thank Sarah for her help at the start, helping me get the menu up and running and making a few minor adjustments. The communication was excellent in terms of speed and expertise. The app is good for the price.

However, it sorely lacks flexibility and customization between the mobile Mega menu and the PC version.

It makes sense that you wouldn't want to display items the same way on a PC and a mobile device.

And the only way to do that is to ask support to code it.

Luckily, Sarah from support was there and very responsive!

Otherwise, I would have given it a bad rating.

Because having to use CSS just to change image sizes on mobile devices is not normal when you consider that 80% of users are on mobile devices.

What's more, it's CSS that has to be done by their developers, because it's very specific.

It's complicated to do it yourself.
