I was really impressed by the support from Sarah and the Globo Mega Menu team. I had an issue with the default Shopify menu and the Globo menu showing at the same time, but Sarah responded within minutes and coordinated perfectly with the technical team to fix the problem. Efficiency, clear communication, and excellent support: I definitely recommend them, especially for anyone who wants to feel truly supported in their store.

I had an issue, that I couldn't get my megamenu to go across my enire page. I reached out to the support and they fixed it for me, just the way I wanted it. I also had a wish that they would add a possibillity to choose to have a shadow under the submenu. In a few minutes they added it on my menu. So now I have the mega menu just as I want it. Thank you!

So, for the support it's five stars. För the app it's a bit less because I think what I wanted should be in the tool from the beginning.

Even though the app is very user-friendly, I ran into a couple of things I couldn’t figure out on my own — but the support team was amazing! They responded incredibly fast and helped me solve everything in no time. Truly top-notch service. Highly recommended!

Really quick to get started with Globo Mega Menu, intuitive interface and many options to build your navigation with good template. Also got very fast and professional help from Helen in their team when I need some help implementing in new version of our theme.

The replies were fast and friendly. The mega menu provided by the template has some limitations, and this plugin solves this problem very well. I would recommend it!
