Rare find: just works, fair pricing, and actual humans behind it
Like many Shopify merchants, I’ve replaced most paid plugins with home‑grown or “vibe coded” alternatives to save money. Grapevine is one of the few apps I’m not planning to replace, and for good reason.
First, it simply does what it’s supposed to do. Setup was straightforward, surveys look native to my store, and I haven’t needed to hack anything to get custom features or designs. It’s one of those apps you install and then forget about in a good way.
Second, the pricing is honest. Flat fee, unlimited responses, no sudden price jumps as transactions grow. In a world where simple plugins become expensive as you succeed, this feels refreshing and respectful.
Third, the support is genuinely human. Steve actually listened to my improvement ideas and treated them seriously. It’s rare to feel like you’re talking to the people who shape the product, not just a support queue.
If you want a survey app that works out of the box, doesn’t punish growth, and is built by people who care, Grapevine is an easy recommendation.

This app has been an incredible find and has performed so well for our small business so far! It’s really user-friendly for setting up all the surveys, and the customer service is incredibly efficient.
We’re currently using their interactive Shopify checkout survey, where customers can leave feedback about their experience before they forget, and we’re also planning to use the Klaviyo integration for more in-depth feedback.
Highly recommend this app over some of the other big survey platforms.

Our previous NPS survey vendor sunsetted and Grapevine has been a wonderful new partner. We send our surveys in an email via Klaviyo and it was a smooth integration process to get that going.
Grapevine has also made it much easier to track trends and share reports with our cross functional partners.
On top of the app being exactly what we need, Sam has been the most helpful! He is super responsive and always ready to guide us in the right direction or improve the app to fit our needs. Can’t wait to continue our partnership and see what’s in store for Grapevine’s future!

We use Grapevine to measure NPS and gather feedback from our customers. The app works well in Shopify, is really easy to use, and offers many options at a fair price! Grapevine's Surveys has made for easy integration with Shopify. The main question we wanted answering was "What was the purpose of your visit?"

Highly recommend. There is so much you can do with grapevine and the support and expertise the company provides is next level. As a small business owner, I wanted to know more about where my customers were coming from. I started with a simple post order survey and am blown away by how much more I can do now that I'm digging in. They also have a fantastic integration wiht Klaviyo and an MCP server, so i'm super excited to get these set up. So much value!
