WOW! After reviewing several different post-purchase survey apps, I quickly landed on Grapevine for a few key reasons:
1. Compatibility with extensibility
2. Ability to ensure only one response per customer
3. Compatible with Shopify Flow, providing many other ways to integrate and utilize the data
4. Fair pricing
What I didn't expect was to be blown away by the support. I had a question and received a response IMMEDIATELY. Their team also pushed a fix for something that wasn't impacting me significantly on the SAME DAY.
Not only that, I am discovering more and more excellent features the more I dive into the app. Highly recommend.

So far so good! We installed a few different survey apps and Grapevine seems to be the best option for price and usability! Customer service was also quick to fix a glitch we were having with one of our survey questions not showing correctly.

I've been using this app for 2+ years and it has been invaluable to my small business to understand how our customers are finding us. The app works great AND the customer service is awesome. I just reached out to the Grapevine team because some I thought there was an issue. Stuart very quickly troubleshooted what was going on, and it turns out the issue was with something completely different. I was able to get that resolved asap and really appreciate them helping me get it sorted! Highly recommend!

I've been using a competitor app for a while but the price was ridiculous. Grapevine has most major features for a fraction of the cost which makes it a no brainer. Plus, the customer service is on point every single time.

I highly recommend this app for the support alone. The app made things very easy to setup... the one issue we ran into was around reporting and the support team worked tirelessly with us to ensure that we had exactly the reporting that we need in both the platform and via custom events in GA. I've never had such positive experience with an app and developer.

Really great app for a very reasonable price compared to everything else available on the market! Helps us monitor NPS scores of customers very easily and use the data to improve our overall customer experience. The customer service has also been superb and very easy to deal with offering a true "White Glove" service for our account!
