Hertwill: EU Dropshipping

Hertwill has been a pleasant experience so far.
Customer support is responsive and helpful, the app is easy to install, pricing feels reasonable, and there’s a good range of quality products from European brands. The only downside is that shipping can be a bit expensive for some markets/products — but it’s understandable. Overall, I do recommend this app.

I love how Hertwill is taking an honest and transparent approach to helping people start their business while sourcing the best quality. Many all natural, organic, eco-friendly, handmade products from proud family owned businesses. Even the customer service is responsive with real people (often Joosep one of the co-founders). Plus, their integration with Shopify works well with very little effort. Strongly recommend.

Great customer support, and a page is realy easy to navigate. Products are easily imported and are of great quality.
Only downside is that some suppliers have prices almost as high as their selling prices on their websites so there is no margin for a dropshipper on their products. Also, shipping to some areas of EU is 14,99 so you need to do some magic with your pricing.
Hertwill is everything I hoped it would be as a dropshipper.

PS: Don't sleep on the marketing material they provide. Unique for a dropshipping provider to give you so much A class material to use.

I'm very happy with Hertwill. All items are sourced from trusted brands, and you have to have a credible store for some to get approved for selling the products.

They have clear communication and notifications are amazing. You're never lost.

Pros:
One of the best dropshipping apps out there - great product description and pictures, good quality brands. Clear interface, easy to use and intuitive.

Really reasonable subscription plans.

Last but not least they have amazing customer service and a very felt personal touch.

Cons:
You do have to be approved by each brand (but so do your competitors so there is a positive too) and each brand charges separately for shipping.
