We've been using the iCart Drawer app for quite a while – and it's become an absolute must-have in our Shopify stack. It’s clean, powerful, and helps us boost cart value significantly with smart cross-sell and upsell features.
Last week, we had a tricky cart issue caused by another app. Hemadri from the iCart team stepped in and nailed it – he pinpointed the problem incredibly fast, even though it wasn’t related to iCart. Thanks to him, we were able to fix it immediately. Without his help, we’d probably still be stuck.

A great app for the cart and very reliable and helpful support. I had problems with the translation of iCart with Weglot. Support immediately made the appropriate settings in Weglot (Dynamic Elements).

Worked well until today... Impossible for my customers to add to cart on mobile. And impossible to download the app again! Please correct this because your app was great!

I hate that sudden bugs appear sometimes and then the cart doesn't work at all. Especially as a bigger brand, I recommend NOT using this app.
We've had this a couple of times so far, making it very unreliable. It even crashed during Black Friday, the most important time of the year...
The most recent bug was even worse, none of the discounts were working and it took them well over a week to fix it.

Installed the app with not much expectation but was very pleasantly surprised once I started configuring it. So many options and very easy (actually perfectly made) to config.
And even better, when I had a small issue with displaying the cart number, I contacted the support and they instantly replied AND fixed it. Crazy, very much recommended
