We've been using OneCommerce (Socialwidget's) instagram feed on our store front for approx. 6 months now. The app has allowed us to push our lifestyle and dynamic content to our customers which has helped sell our products. So far the app has been great and the support (Ricky) has been super fast and professional. Thumbs up.

So far so good! It's insane how quickly they reached out to update their widgets buttons to match my website colors, A+ right there! The app was also super easy to set up, unlike a few other social media apps I've tried, and my Insta feed displays perfectly on my website. I'll update as time goes on, but thus far I'm super happy!

It is a very helpful application, and there is a free plan, which is very helpful to our current small-scale newly launched website, and can support custom IG display layout and colour to match the theme of the website. The most important thing is that they are very enthusiastic and can contact them at any time for help. 100% recommended

I understand that this a new app and therefore issues are likely to arise. This provides a lot of value for my store and is a great app in that sense. I have had a few problems, but it seems the support team is happy to be consistent and responsive with solutions and advice, fingers crossed the app goes from strength to strength with minimal problems!

Great app with a very responsive support team! We chose this app over other instagram feed apps because of how customizable and professional it looks. We initially had an issue with the feed, but the support team quickly fixed it and ensured us it wouldn't happen again. There's definitely great customer support behind the scenes! Would highly recommend.

The app in itself should allow tagging more than 3 items for the middle plan and show the product on the same page as the tagged IG photo (and not a link that needs to be open). Ocean's customer service, on the other hand, is 10 out of 5 stars. She has been incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Her service has made me stay and persist with the app.

I struggled to connect to Instagram when first installing the app. I reached out to support who immediately got back to me. First class support from Rachel who showed me exactly what do to. I love this app. It's so easy to use and navigate. The team is very helpful and responsive. Thank you FELIX for guiding me to make sure all correct and installed properly. Now my website is a lot more fun and cooler. Love the idea of having TIKTOK widget and Insta story there.
