Great user support, easy interface, highly recommended. It just would be nice if they had instant updates (in the free version, you have to manually sync your feed whenever you want your website to update your instagram feed. It automatically updates only once a day, and even with the paid plans, it only updates every two or four hours). If they incorporated instantaneous feed updates, this app would be PERFECT.

I love this app, it brightens up your shop and I get so many compliments. Having an Instagram really boosted my Instagram account. The process to install it was very easy. I used the customer service chat function. She is very nice and trustworthy. She sent screenshot and videos on how to install it. She was willing to work with me and was extremely patient. Update July 2021: Their new update is even better and they are so helpful in customizing the widget to match our site. Would use it all the time. I am loving this app on the site! It provides a much needed social proof to our business. it is easy to use and set up. Although, I do have to check on it occasionally to ensure it is properly synced, it's not a bother as it is very easily fixed by logging into the app and just refreshing the gallery.

We're using this app to display our Instagram feed on our site. The app is easy to install and configure. The widget layout customisable and you can create multiple widgets to use on different pages. When you install the app, their live chat 'onboards' you right away, and I chatted with Vicky while configuring the widget. I had a minor aesthetic issue and through live chat Vicky had their dev collaborate and fix the issue right away. Thanks Socialhead!

This app is amazing!!! the best free Instagram feed app! Trust me, I have tried couple different apps, and this the best I've tried so far, and I do not need to keep searching for new alternatives anymore. You are allowed to show the feeds in different formats according to what device the visitor's using, one look for desktop and another look for mobile! And no coding needed. I use the free version of this app and I'm very pleased with the functionality of the app and especially the customer service. I couldn't get a few of the features to work properly but within minutes of using their customer service chat function, the features not only worked but Felix on the customer service team also helped me to update the color of the buttons to match my color scheme and alerted me to other free features to enable. When I ran into an issue there, he forwarded me to the proper team members and I have no doubt they will fix the issue as soon as they open tomorrow.
