Amazing customer support on live chat 24/7. We used the 14-day trial to evaluate whether Joy Loyalty could meet our client's specific requirements, which meant a lot of questions. Hana was incredibly patient and available throughout the whole process, answering everything clearly and quickly. That level of support during a trial phase is rare!

I had an amazing experience with the Joy Loyalty app, but what really made the difference was the support especially Hana.
From helping me understand the referral flow, to guiding me through testing in sandbox mode, fixing issues with discount codes, checking integrations with Mailchimp, and even assisting with custom CSS to clean up the widget she went way above and beyond.
What I really appreciated is that she didn’t just give generic answers. She actually understood what I was trying to build (referral-only setup, French market, clean UX) and helped me execute it properly step by step.
