Joy Loyalty Program Rewards

I accidentally gave more points than intended, and when I contacted support with our request, Hana's response was quick, and the issue was resolved promptly. The support was also excellent.

We’ve been using the Joy app for our jewelry brand in Switzerland, and the experience has been wonderful so far. The setup is simple, the interface is intuitive, and it integrates seamlessly with our Shopify store.

Most importantly, the support team is exceptional, a special mention to Hana, who provided amazing help and guidance. She was incredibly responsive, clear, and patient while helping us resolve a configuration issue with our loyalty points.

A solid loyalty app — simple to use and backed by amazing support!

We chose Joy to power our loyalty program at Anton Loyal Companions, and we’re really happy with it. The app provides all the key features (points, rewards, referrals...) in a clean and easy-to-manage interface — even for non-technical users.

Special thanks to Audrey from the support team, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and efficient during the entire setup process. Thanks to her, everything works as expected: our customers can now access their loyalty page, track their points, and redeem rewards with no hassle.

Great app with outstanding support!

Joy has become a key tool for us — we use it to run our loyalty program across multiple markets, and it has been working flawlessly. The setup is intuitive, the design is modern, and the customization options cover everything we need — from rewarding purchases to incentivizing customer reviews.

We especially want to highlight the amazing customer support. The chat communication was excellent — they responded quickly to our questions about language versions and helped us smoothly launch the program on our new Czech and upcoming Slovak stores. We really appreciated their transparency and effective solutions.
