It's a very great app. customer service is also great they respond quickly. nothing to say negative about this app. they have amazing company and team.
I’ve been working with Audrey, William, and Jade from the Joy app team, and they’ve been incredibly helpful so far! The setup process is still halfway, but everything has been done very quickly, and they keep me updated at every step. I really appreciate this kind of attentive and efficient service. i want to the process than expected, I got help from Hana and she made it all better
The service was very prompt and staff was helpful. I like that they have a live chat feature supported by their staff who are very well trained. I just installed the app and had no idea how to set up. I was served by Hana and she was very helpful in guiding me and also helped to set it up each step of the way. I'm grateful for the assistance as it would've taken me several days to figure things out. Great job!
