I had to be transferred to a second agent as the first person wasn't as helpful, but Hana took over and helped me with my issue I was having.

The customer support agent Audrey and the Product Specialist Nolan is extremely responsive and helpful, which makes the overall experience very smooth.

The backend is also highly flexible, allowing us to customize various settings based on our needs.

So far, the user experience has been great, and we’re quite satisfied with the performance. Would definitely recommend!

The team at Joy are always super quick to resolve any issues. Hana helped resolve an issue we had with one of our multiplier programs within a few minutes.

I was having trouble setting up a flow using a third-party app they don't natively support. Despite that, their support team went completely out of their way to help me, showing me exactly how to get my request up and running. Truly excellent customer service!
