So far, it’s very easy to use! The support team is incredibly friendly and professional. My support agent, Hana, answered all my questions in just a few minutes. I'm so grateful for her quick help!
The app has a lot of functionality and is a little intimidating but it is also very robust and their support via chat right in the app is probably the best feature. They always answer quickly and helped us get the whole program up and running. Hana provided excellent help at every turn. Highly recommend!
Really solid and good support, had an issue and within 3 minutes Sonny not only solved it but also applied the solution to all present customer accounts. Really impressed about this level of service, recommended. Apart from support the App is also really good value for money and offers everything what you need, also in a "lower cost plan" so you dont have to spend tons of money right from the start.
