Judgeme has been really good for us, simple and great customer support. Needed to resolve a star rating issue for product grid and collection pages, customer support completed the job within 15 mins. Kudos!

Judge.me is truly the best review app for Shopify stores, and it costs a flat $15 a month, no matter how many requests you send. We use several of its review widgets throughout our store, and they look fantastic. The support team has been amazing with every question we’ve had. Judge.me support proved to be exceptionally efficient and hands-on. After granting collaborator access, their team quickly diagnosed a technical conflict between the widget's built-in microdata and the site's centralized JSON-LD schema. They correctly identified the duplicate setting, disabled the conflicting microdata without breaking the visual elements, and resolved the Google Rich Results error seamlessly. Fast, professional, and technically competent support.

Support diagnosed why three of our products had no review structured data, traced it to metafields that hadn’t been regenerated since install, and fixed it. They also volunteered a correction when their first status update overstated the result, which I appreciated more than the fix. And it was all done in the blink of an eye. AI assistant was okay but not great. Thankfully, a real human came in, saw that I was having trouble, and walked me through. I think this is going to be a good thing for my business. I'm excited about getting started. I do wish there were more tutorials and there was better training for newbies.
