Junip is looking good so far. We will see how the free plan goes for harvesting reviews but we plan to upgrade to a paid plan quickly to get the additional functionality offered such as follow-up requests.
I feel like this simplifies flow for email templates and responses. Love that it's inexpensive as well.
I have used Junip in the past. It had everything my store needed for a very reasonable cost. I had to pause the store for a while and just re-installed the app again because it worked very well for us the first time. Thanks
