Update: Junip graciously refunded the charges. Much appreciated. I haven't seen Junip work exactly right, but I am encouraged by the strong customer support.

We switched to Junip from Yotpo a year ago and couldn't be happier. The Junip platform is far easier to use and their customer setup/support is 10/10. The reviews are also much better formatted for mobile. Highly recommend!
We are a very particular group and Junip is by far the best review / UGC solution available. It's catered to companies of all sizes and great for brands who care about their image. Support is amazing and the process can be compared to what Apple would make if they made a reviews app. Seamless and easy to use.
Junip is the best review app we've used, I researched and tested many different review apps in the past. It was super easy to implement custom CSS, great integrations, and it just works. There's no hiccups or random issues, it looks great and just works smoothly. Highly recommend, the support team is amazing as well.
I'm really happy we made the switch from MAJOR REVIEW ENGINE ;) to Junip last month. The Junip team is amazing to work with and they're offering more functionality at a fraction of the price. Exporting our reviews from MAJOR REVIEW ENGINE to Junip was super easy and the whole process was great. Definitely highly recommend them.
