On my very first day of using this app, I encountered an issue. I wanted to ensure that customers could only select one unit of a free gift that is not normally available for sale in my store. Had a great experience with the Kite support team while evaluating the app for our store. They were very responsive and patiently answered all our detailed questions including how free gifts work across multiple cart-value campaigns, GoKwik checkout compatibility, and pricing plans. The app integrates with Shopify's native discount system (Shopify Functions) and their team confirmed compatibility with GoKwik checkout, which was a major requirement for us. Still evaluating a few technical details before full setup, but the support experience so far has been excellent.
