Sam from Kiwi Size gave such great help and fast response. Great app and very easy to use!!! Would recommend to anyone looking to add a size guide.
If I could give this app 6 stars I would. Developer is so quick to respond and is extremely helpful. Amazing tool and looking forward to seeing it bring in the results.
Customer service is excellent. I wasn't able to get the issue resolved because of the holiday, but they still had a live person to assist ma and assure me that I will get help first thing the next day.
Thank you! Happy we had the chance to help out. It looks like we sorted everything out for you, but please touch base if you still have more questions!
Love this app and the customer service is excellent. Sam was very quick to help me when I had questions regarding the advanced custom size recommender and they are always looking to improve the apps accuracy. Never had a problem.
This is the best size chart app I've come across. It's so easy and simple to use. The charts look polished and professional. Sam even customised the location of the charts on my product page. Customer service is excellent! For the price, it's so worth it!
First of all, customer support is amazing! They were fast and so helpful. Secondly, they fixed all my problems that I basically couldn’t figure out on my own. Love this app! My sizing chart looks great and I would highly recommend!! If I could give them more than five stars, I would. Excellent app!
We recently launched clothing categories and were looking for sizing chart apps. We have compared several apps and think Kiwi size chart is the easiest to use. What we love the app is it is straightforward to set up and has a nice and clean look. We have been transferring data between different shops and Sam has been very helpful during this process.
