They have salution for every problem . and thier live chat support team always said YES to my every feature request .

Honestly, this app is great, first of all, it's very affordable comparing to other apps, it has no limits for translated characters The second thing, the user interface is pretty easy to use and you can set the automatic translation and go to sleep Lastly, the customer support is amazing

Support of this app is definitely the best Ihaf on shopify, Ivan helped me a lot, very reactiv, efficient and available 24, I use 15 différents apps, never had solutions provided quick as this one... Nothing more to say.. Sorry for my French mistakes, I don't use the app to translate my rating :-)

My website had some complexities that obliged us to be creative to completely translate the whole content. I cannot say enough about the quality of the assistance I received from Taras and Sergey. They had the patience of Gods! I asked for their help many times and their support was par excellence.

Translating an online store requires a lot of patience... Thanks to the amazing support of this app we have managed to do it. Watch this app! Very clear, well done, and easy to implement and use. Saves a tremendous amount of time and they keep adding more helpful features as we speak. I really recommend this app. The support staff is amazing, they will often reply within an hour, and could fix all my problems. Among the different apps to translate I choose LangShop and I'm very happy with my choice. It was easy to translate my store, there are many tutorials on their web and when I have needed help directly from them, they gave me the solution immediately. So, for now, Langshop deserves a 5-star review. Keep working like this, guys!

The upgrade to Version 2 has been a total disaster for us. We can no longer use our export/import app Matixify. Trying to download our products using their export/import feature and it is estimating it will take at least 48 days to complete. So far it has been running for 4 days. We now have to get a new and better language app.

Switched to this app because needed not only website translated but also currency exchange feature. I am super satisfied ! I used weglot before and had a lot of headache with excluding the content i don't want to translate. This app LangShop works a lot better for me. And support is super quick and responsive. Good job guys, thank you!
