What I like more of this app is first and foremost the outstanding support level provided always timely by the company representatives beyond the app. They have always been very good at explaining how to get the most out of the app and very helpful even in coding our theme to make sure the language selector was placed where we wanted.

So I had a big issue when i downloaded this originally, and then Ivan came to save the day. Everything works now and he explained everything to me. So it's very clear and if it really this easy, then it's great and a very good price for unlimited languages, etc, which is a lifesaver and what we need! Easy to customize, implement, and view. Thank you!!!!

Very little support. The translations to spanish were poor and we had too many edits that it wasn't worthwhile. Moreoever, once we deleted the app, it screwed up checkout of many of our products. They were unable to provide a full uninstall and told us to hire a web developer to fix their broken app. I was shocked this app is still on shopify app store.

Please note that our app offers different ways to translate the content, but not only the machine translation, like DeepL and Google PRO integration, and an opportunity to order the translation from the Agency Translation.
Also, we already figured out with you and Shopify support, that it was not our app which screwed up the checkout page. From our side, we've provided you with the guide how to fully remove our app from the store.
Once again, please accept our sincerely apologies for all the inconveniences you have faced with.

Great customer service 5 stars!! Langshop team has solved all my issues super quickly and also helped to make theme changes when the app itself has not solved the localization need. The app does it job. Could be easier to use for sure and UI should be developed to make editing of translations quicker.. Export/import is painfully slow but at least this app has this feature.

I normally don't write reviews, but I feel compelled in this case. Langshop is a fantastic app that does the trick and more. What is even more impressive is the amazingly quick and efficient customer support from the developers, that have helped me over and over again with multiple queries. I would highly recommend switching over from competing apps to Langshop if you are looking to setup a multi-lingual webstore.
I really recommend this app, it may seem expensive but you're saving a lot of stress, time, and money in the long run because it's seamless and professional. It integrated really well and on a Sun at 8:30pm I was able to chat directly with a customer service rep. to fix an issue I was having. Translations are a big part of expanding your reach to an international market without having to fully upgrade to multiple domains or Shopify Plus until you're ready.

This app is wonderful! first of all I would like to start with compliments to Surgey (Customer Service). It took him more than an hour to set everything up the way we wanted it. He patiently took the time for this.

Stunning Job !
After trying several multi language apps, this one really stood out. Easy to implement, a clear overview and dashboard of what has been done, and what has to be done. A link with DeepL results in quality translated collections and products. Customer assistance from the dev team was fast, accurate and very helpful both times we needed them. Great app! Saves a lot of time and money compared to hiring translators. Here and there some improvements can be made like always. I can definitely recommend this app to anyone wanting to offer in multiple languages and currencies. Their customer support is amazing and really goes into depth to find the cause of an issue.
