I SAVED more than $700 per month being charged with this app for my two Shopify stores by REMOVING this app.
What I did?
1. Install theme with built it features of recently viewed, you may like it.
2. Install frequently bought together app for $6.99 per month.
That's it!
I saw negative feedback last august 18, 2019 questioning why this app is charging so much where we can get it by free or for a very cheap price. AND he's RIGHT!
I posted negative feedback because I wasted a lot of money using this app for months!
P.S. My revenue didn't drop. I'm getting the same revenue or even better. .

It is much more than You May Like, Frequently Bought Together, and recently viewed product carousels because we pride ourselves on being able to dynamically target shoppers with the right products at the right time and price point. Aug 30 this app charged me $25 for next 30 days subscription
Then on Sept 16 it charged me again $ 25 for next 30 days subsciption
Then on Sept 17 it charged me again $ 25 for next 30 days subscription
Then on Sept 18 it charged me again $ 25 for next 30 days subscription....
Do i have to pay them $ 25 daily for next 30 days subscriptions?? What an fraud app....

Installed the app and at first, I was like wow look at all these sales. Their analytics made it look like it was working. After a few weeks, I realized the product recommendations were linking to my press page. NOT the products. When I asked them how their analytics was tracking if it wasn't going to the product, I received a nonsensical answer with no concrete explanation. I decided to keep Limespot a little longer to see if I could measure it against other analytics tools I have. Then I realized it's showing products that are in draft status and have been removed from the online store channel. They claim to use AI, but the app is showing items that haven't been on sale in a month? That makes no sense. At this point, I have no choice except to conclude this app is a scam and their analytics are senseless.

Great app for creating upsell/cross sell opportunities into your store, excellent interface, analytics, overall UX is incredible compared to many other upsell apps available. Ryanna from support is excellent! Would definitely recommend checking this app out!
I use the app now since some weeks and I can see already a positive trend by selling products. I also used the support team, to fix a small issue. The issue was solved very fast and the communication with the support team was great.

Limespot has been tantamount in increasing personalized recommendations to our customers. The app has given a great amount of data for us. The customization of the app itself is really robust given that they allow you to use custom code.
On top of that, the customer service has been great! Definitely worth trying. A high-quality app that other apps cannot compare to.
Totally misleading charging structure. I am reporting this to Shopify. Be warned - you will be charged hundreds of dollars per month more than advertised!!! Do not install this app.
UPDATE: After deep investigation, we have found that this customer has been using our product for 8 months with top results, and this is the first time we are hearing about any issues with our product or our pricing. Rubbish app. It screws around with your theme big time, and has a handy 'cleanup my theme' button once uninstalled which simply reinstalls the app onto your store without removing any of the code on your theme. This is incredibly misleading. It is also difficult to customise.
