Adds a professional level of support to customers. Identifying the best next product they may purchase and helping to boost my online sales. This is very important. I have a few best sellers that bring customers to the site and this app helps introduce customers to other related items that they may purchase.

Limespot is quite easy to use but also has some advanced capabilities. I think I may have caused a problem when editing HTML code for something else and Limespot stopped working. Their friendly staff got back to me very quickly and resolved the problem quicker than I thought it would get resolved!

The "greatest" app in the world isn't worth a darn thing without good support. Personalizer is clearly a very complex app and what makes it *really* great is the *really* great support. They bend over backwards to address your needs and one time they got something completed for me before I even had the chance to actually ask for it.

Once you understand how the app works, it is a breeze to use and can be customised to match your theme. We tried many other cross-sell apps but this one blows them away. The options are endless and give you total freedom as to what products or collections you want to offer as an up-sell, cross-sell or related item. Also need to say thanks again to Raymond and Frederick for all of their help after we reached out for some help. Five star service!

A great app which really does help with boosting page views! One problem we found with Shopify is the fact that the related products are only in the same collection - so really annoying when you have a body lotion in one collection and the wash in another collection. This app marries that relationship together and has a great tracking system at the back. Had a few issues with the way it looked, but the developers came back within 24 hours and had changed it!

Wonderful App! Easy to use and customize. We've been using it for a little while and noticed some growing pains. We see that they are really working hard at getting the app working faster, more stable and at simplifying and streamlining the user interface. Great job! Keep up the great work!

Customer support is a real pleasure! We've had the support team work on refining our custom user interface. They were able to customize the layout, colors, font sizes and they even added a small "CA" in front of the "$" to show what currency we are using on our store, by adding custom code for us. The modifications were done promptly and courteously. What a charm!

We really enjoy this app for what it does at recommending targeted products to our clients depending on what they look at and the way they surf around our store. The best feature we continuously use is the Analytics Section! It gives us great insight on which products are trending and popular. It also allows us to help shift our focus more in the direction of what's working or not.

UPDATE 3: Frederick has been amazing helping with customizations with our new theme. He's really gone above and beyond to make sure the Look and feel of the app matches our site redesign. Continue to highly recommend this app! UPDATE 2: Another winning customer support experience today. I needed a slight tweak to a standard upsell feature we use in the cart. I reached out to the support team, got a quick response from Ryanna, and the change was made and live on the site in a matter of minutes. An additional "permanent fix" script was implemented by the tech team within a couple of days, and I couldn't be happier with the result! If only all app developers were this responsive! UPDATE: Customer service continues to be stellar. Solution oriented, willingness to accommodate special circumstances and Leo went out of his way today to customize something I couldn't figure out on my own. Highly recommended! ----- Unbelievable customer service + unparalleled customization of upsell/cross-sell settings has made Limespot one of our most important apps. Our jewelry pieces usually have coordinating pieces (necklace with matching earrings and bracelet) and with all of the "big-data" automation options out there, we were still not getting the result we wanted. Limespot allows us to put a "complete the look" section on every product page with the matching pieces front and center. It does take some time to manually go through and match these pieces, but not as much as the other options we had explored prior to deciding to go with Limespot. The effort is worth it for us and we are already seeing great results. In addition to manually matching coordinating pieces, we have taken advantage of Limespot's technology to auto-populate bestseller and other similar categories. I can't say enough about how pleased I am to have found a recommendation engine that gives us the best of both worlds - the ease of automated suggestions and the ability to control individual suggestions that we prefer to be making. On top of this, the support team has helped us with visual customizations making it work well and look good in our store. Love it!
