Really great UI and UX

One of the reasons why I chose Loox for my review app is because of the design and layout of the reviews. It stands head and shoulders above other review apps in my opinion due to the layout of pictures and reviews. I like that all my collected reviews can be placed under each product even though the product may not have any reviews. It was also convenient to be able to import reviews that I received from another review company. Overall, I am very pleased with the widgets I am able to implement on my website, the follow-up emails sent to customers requesting reviews (including the ability to incentivize them to leave a review) and the cleanliness of the how the reviews look. Lastly, I reached out to customer service chat (Mary) and she was able to help me implement a small change on my website quickly.

So far, so good. Great and fast support. Mary has been especially helpful. I am looking forward to more flexibility in the app, but it is really useful for what it is, and there is always typically a workaround for what I want.
