I've been using Lucky Orange on and off for a few years now and have not found an app that is as intuitive and easy to use as Lucky Orange to view what my customers are looking at. Having an exceptional website is crucial in this era of marketing as the standards for e-commerce are as high as ever in consumers' eyes.
Lucky Orange allows me to understand the pains and weaknesses in my website.
Its new AI feature is also great! Customer service is super responsive and effective at solving my problems.
Highly recommend, and you should have Lucky Orange forever as long as your e-commerce website is up.

So far I've had a great experience using Lucky Orange with my shopify store. It's helped me to learn about user behavior on my site and has already led to making adjustments to address issues that I've observed. The ability to view individual user behavior as they click on pages, links or scroll through a page has been invaluable for helping me to approach my site design in a new way. Highly recommend.

We recently migrated from BigCommerce to Shopify, and we applied what we learned about our customer's behavior on BC to our Shopify store design. Our developers appreciated we had the app in place, and I think it made our page design process easier. Heatmaps are an extremely valuable tool, but our previous heat map partner, HotJar, wasn't user friendly. Our Shopify Rep suggested Lucky Orange, which I found incredibly easy to navigate. I'm most interested in analyzing segmented customer behavior (first time customers vs return customers) to help improve our UX.
Looking forward to adding this tool to our tech stack.
