The app seems not be being working correctly. It is cutting off in mid recording and skipping through recordings. In addition, I had a 15 minute onboarding appt. today at noon and no one showed up.
This isn’t the experience we want any of our users to have. Unfortunately, our onboarding expert encountered a technical issue that prevented them from joining your call, and they have been trying to reschedule with you over the past few days. We apologize for the inconvenience and understand your frustration.
Regarding your recording issues, our team is eager to investigate and find a resolution if necessary. Since this hasn't been reported by other merchants, please respond to my last email with more details so we can start looking into your issue and assist you promptly. We can also reschedule your onboarding call, and I will personally ensure that you are taken care of. We hope you will give us a chance to make things right.

This app was removed from my site because the second I installed it I got inundated with sales emails, despite not giving permission for this. I have unsubscribed from their emails multiple times, reported junk, and uninstalled the app, yet somehow they STILL keep swamping me with sales emails and daily reports about my website they shouldn't have access to. It might be a good app, but if this is how they treat personal data under GDPR I can't in good faith use it or recommend the app to others.
To respond to the feedback:
- The emails on both lists (the welcome emails and the one I unsubscribed from) continue to send emails. They land despite Lucky Orange being a blocked sender.
- The daily snapshots of 0 traffic and 0 data sends automatically despite the app being uninstalled and the API integration being cancelled from my end.
- The API integration was removed due to GDPR issues.
- Since installing Lucky Orange, I have also been inundated with spam emails from multiple other sources, which started on the day I installed Lucky Orange.

My experience with this App great. I like the fact I am able to watch customers in real time moving through my website, and can also conduct live interactions with the customers as they shop. I highly recommend this App for analyzing your data in its live form

This is a powerful tool. The recordings and heat maps allowed our team see our store through the "eyes of the customer". It made a big difference, within 3 days of installing this app, we learnt a lot about consumer behavior. This enabled us to optimize our store as necessary, the results followed. Very happy with Lucky Orange and well worth the subscription. Fascinating to study user behaviour in order the maximise conversions. Favourite feature is the comprehensive filter functions. You can cut and slice data to drill down to the specific visitors you want to study. Very slick interface and a joy to use.

Lucky Orange is a wonderful little tool to help you see what your customers focus on and then make adjustments to your landing page accordingly. As an example, I noticed most customers breezed past an offer I had going on. The offer did not generate any more sales so I took it off. It was really helpful to see that my customers were not interested in it at all in real-time. I've also made other adjustments on my page based on customer behavior. It helped me make my page more focused on what my customers actually want to see and what is important to them.
